“Overall, my stay in the Level Club Room was great. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, but I did notice a bit of humidity and warmth, even with the air conditioning running. The AC was a bit noisy as well, which slightly impacted my comfort. As for the coffee in the room, I was only provided with two packets, and I would have preferred a little more variety. Additionally, the snacks offered were limited to only two types, and it would have been better to have more options. Other than these minor issues, the stay was pleasant, and I would recommend the hotel.”

People who work at the front desk and restaurant are very nice and friendly! They do a great job and provide an excellent service, they are very polite and nice. Many thanks for their hard work!

Room was clean and comfortable. Check in was smooth and fast. Hotel is a bit dated which I even liked in the end. Finally, it is an amazing value for money.
