The hotel has a comfortable relaxed luxurious feel. Rooms were spotlessly clean, beds were very comfortable. Staff are super helpful and polite, the breakfast was great. Dinner in the restaurant was one of the best meals I have had recently.

Spacious, comfortable and very clean accommodation. Amazing hotel from the recrptionists, housekeepers and breakfast staff. Our bikes were safely stored in their garage. The breakfast was excellent. Would love to have stayed longer but had to continue our cycle tour. We have stayed at more than 60 hotels and this is our favourite

When we arrived and checked into our room, I was a little disappointed as I was hoping to have a balcony and when getting a Junior suite you do not have a balcony. I went back downstairs to reception, and Mariasanta was more than kind and actually showed me the other rooms and allowed me to choose which one I’d like. Excellent service, excellent hotel, beautiful location close to the old town. Highly recommend
