The fine print
Please note that upon check-in guests are required to provide the bank card that was used to make the reservation. If the used card cannot be provided, the prepayment will be refunded and guests will be required to pay by other payment method. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.
Room rates on 24 and 31 December include a Gala dinner. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately.
Starting 1 August 2023, Seychelles implements New Environmental Sustainability Levy to Enhance Green Initiatives. Under the newly introduced levy, all visitors to Seychelles will be required to contribute on a per person/per night basis. The payment will be made directly to the hotel, ensuring a seamless and convenient process for travelers. The cost will be 100.00 SCR per person, per night. It is to be noted that the Levy will not be applicable to citizens and residents of Seychelles, children of 12 years and below (visitors), and crew members.

What can I say about this property..!!! This was my first ever trip to Seychelles and I'm so glad that I picked the Coral Strand Smart Choice Hotel to stay in. The property is perfectly located right on Beau Vallon Beach and you quite literally can walk into the beach from the hotel. The property is built perfectly to highlight the beach and the excellent facilities that it offers. We were greeted warmly on our arrival by the hotel staff and our check-in formalities were completed efficiently by the beautiful Ms. Sakura at the front desk. She also gave us a complimentary cocktail voucher to be used at the Ocean Deck Bar as a welcome gift. Our room was clean, well-equipped and quiet, with a cute little balcony that gave us a view of the swimming pool and the beach. The food and drink options available at the hotel are excellent - the breakfast buffet was totally worth it (with a great spread and variety of cuisine choices to choose from). The hotel has 4 dining options which are all very good and the food there is decently priced as well. Another great aspect about the location of the hotel is that it is at walking distance from the town centre of Beau Vallon and you can get to any place if you walk 10-15 minutes (like cash exchange / money transfer outlets, the local market, grocery shops, the police station, medical stores, etc.)...everything is within walking radius. The best part about the hotel is again...as mentioned before...that it is right on the beach..so you could just step out of your room at anytime and go for a walk or for a dip in the waters. While checking out, the front desk manager was sweet enough to offer a goodbye gift to my girlfriend as well...We were feeling so sad about leaving but we had no choice I guess...But one thing is for sure...I will definitely be visiting the Coral Strand Smart Choice again and again and again...If you're planning a trip to Mahe / Seychelles, please consider this place as an option...

We loved the position, right on the beautiful Beau Vallon beach. All of the staff from housekeeping to reception to security to restaurant were friendly and very helpful. . The rooms were well appointed. We discovered that the refurbishment of our room had been completed 2 weeks before we arrived Another wing is currently under refurbishment but you don't notice too much.

The staff were exceptional. The hotel has good but the staff over there made it exceptional. Mr. Shihan, Meesha, Andrew, all have been so welcoming and accommodating to our requests, they have made our holiday a dream come true. Special thanks to Mr. Shihan who upon knowing that it is my friends birthday arranged for a special by the beach breakfast table and that too for the entire group. Thank you team.

The location is perfect, right on a beautiful beach, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, prices are reasonable, and the construction didn’t bother us at all. Rooms are small but clean.
