The hotel was very comfortable with great spa service. We booked a cab through them to go see the temple and the driver David went above and beyond to make our experience good. Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay with them again

Our stay at Grand Madurai by GRT Hotels was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff warmly welcomed us, and the hospitality throughout our stay was truly top-notch. Every team member went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel itself is beautifully designed — modern, elegant, and impeccably maintained. Our room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with every amenity we could ask for. The bed was extremely comfortable, the linens were high quality, and the bathroom was sleek and luxurious. Small touches, such as the welcome drink, evening turndown service, and in-room aromatherapy, truly elevated the experience. The breakfast buffet was a highlight — a wide spread of both South Indian and international dishes, all fresh and delicious. We also dined at the on-site restaurant and were impressed with the authentic local flavours and attentive service. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. Location-wise, the hotel is conveniently situated, offering easy access to the Meenakshi Temple and other local attractions, while remaining quiet and peaceful inside — a perfect blend of convenience and calm.
