Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Location was excellent for access to the city and Retiro Park. Great value stay. Would book with Voco again.

My room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with an extra comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. I really appreciated having an ironing board in the room, which was very convenient. The facilities throughout the hotel were excellent. I would definitely recommend Voco Madrid Retiro and would be happy to stay again.

Good location near to the Retiro, good transport possibilities with metro. Spacious room and really comfortable bed, amazing bathroom with lots of space.
