Fantastic friendly staff, everyone! Coped with the power out brilliantly albeit the hotel has its own generator. Superb room, extra comfortable bed. All as good as it gets.

The Room is excellent, sound free and amazing decor. Breakfast is good but did not enjoy the normal restaurant due to renovations.

The room, as always, was very clean and luxurious, and so were the hallways in floors 4 and 6 which are the ones my family and I occupied. The staff are also generally very friendly, and special thanks to Juan at reception for making our check in experience pleasant.
