Hosts' attention to those who cross their threshold. It's nice to be welcomed with coffee, water, beer and other goodies. Comfortable accommodation, warmth, ok wifi. Close to the metro/bus, we easily moved to the areas of interest. Quiet area, we felt safe at all times. A bonus, next to us was La Cervecera, a very pleasant restaurant.
