Beds were comfy and there were NO BED BUGS. The room and the duvet were so comfy that i wanted to be there for a few more days. The common area was spotless. No smell and dim lights perfect holiday vibes.

Easy check in/check out system, bathrooms are really clean and they are tended to regularly. The kitchen space and chill out space are also both great and kept clean and tidy. The fridge has a handy shelf per room to minimise confusion or food going missing.

Although there is no reception, everything was organized and safe. Everyone respected the silent hours so there were no problems with outside noises during the night. The common area is really welcoming and good for staying meanwhile you don't want to go to bed. The location is beyond amazing, you're 2 minutes away from the Gran Vía, and you can easily walk to everywhere, we only needed to use the metro on the last day because we visited the football stadiums.
