The hotel offers a welcoming atmosphere with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, particularly Desmond. Its prime location is a major plus, and the downstairs coffee shop serves good specialty coffee

I like how small the room is. It is very convenient for a solo traveler like me. The hotel is also close to the train and the city centers

Location is excellent. Close to all the main sights. Metro stations close by also. Hotel is clean and staff very friendly. Looks like just a coffee shop from outside but don’t be put off.
