This is a classic/modern hotel, very clean, friendly and very efficient staff . The cuisine is superb. The quality and variety of breakfast menu is according to the hotel standard. The location is very convenient .

Away from the touristy part of Madrid, though these are accessible on the metro system (or you can walk it). Lovely hotel with an excellent restaurant and roof terrace. The staff were exceptional and made us very welcome. The room was a great size for a capital city location with excellent bed linen and towels.

Fantastic hotel, the staff are great, they are always happy to help. The vallet service was amazing. Breakfast has all you need in the buffet and the menu. The location is lovely, in the most relaxing and peaceful area in Madrid. The room was exceptionally clean with bedding, pillows, and linen that were class. Highly recommend. Would love to return again.
