The hotel's location is excellent, with many restaurants nearby and the Gran Via just a short distance away. The staff are very friendly, and I meant to write down their names but forgot. However, they were all helpful and amazing throughout my stay. I even checked out late, and they didn't charge me or mention it at all. I truly appreciate their kindness, which made my stay in Madrid peaceful and smooth. I genuinely thank them for making this stay in Madrid a positive experience. One last thing I want to mention, which could be important to some, is that the windows can be opened, so you are able to breathe fresh air.

It was our first time staying at the Radisson RED Madrid and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is gorgeous as are the rooms. There are good amenities such as a gym and a rooftop bar, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful (Javier - thank you!). Looking forward to staying here again
