Hotel has a great location, very close to the city center. Staff is very friendly willing to support and breakfast was good. Room was small but very clean.

The ambient of the hotel is nice. Historical building, tastefully renovated. The room was small but quite stylish - white, silver, and purple. I liked the combination of hotel and bar - fits the historical origin as an inn. The location is excellent. Right within a popular area of Madrid, and really close to the Plaza Mayor.
