The location is perfect, but the facilities leave much to be desired. We received two rooms; one of them had a terrible smell, which they only replaced on the third day. Additionally, on the second day, we returned late to find there was no hot water for showers due to a leak. We have not received any compensation for these issues.

The hotel location was great, in the centre and transport routes were easily accessible. The room was brilliant, very clean, large in size, comfy beds and the TV was a large size with ability to access streaming platforms such as Netflix which was great for the kids.

Location is best, right in the heart of Madrid, there's also a nearby public parking 20 seconds away from the hotel.
