Very kind staff, great hotel with everything you need, even cosmetic accessories in case you forgot yours. The location is perfect, near so many famous buildings and monuments to visit. We were walking to see everything, except the Santiago Bernabeu for which we used public transportation and it is wonderful! The subway is clean, cheap, fast and easy to use. I would recommend staying at this hotel!
