Great central location - we could walk to Plaza Mayor and Mercado San Miguel, the Royal Palace and the shops very easily, and even to the Prado. The apartment was cool and bed very comfortable.

Staff were easily reachable and very responsive. I had problems with the luggage (Attention! My suitcase arrived 2days and a half after me so always have your necessities in your carry-on bag), and when I asked them to call the airline on my behalf they readily and repeatedly gave me their support. It's not usually the kind of service you can get when renting an apartment so I really appreciated it. I could also get a cleaning service on a short notice, although with change of linen it cost nearly 60 euros.
