Our bathroom flooded and the bathroom above us flooded and leaked into our room during the night. There was water damage in the bathroom that look like it’s been an ongoing issue. The hotel is old and run down. The location is good but it was not value for money.

Elegant yet minimalistic rooms they were comfy and had everything you need, the shower was excellent, the location is excellent very close to Retiro park and within short walking distance from other main attractions.

Great location. Staff were fantastic & Alba was full of information & so helpful. I dont normally have breakfasts at hotels, but these were great and reasonable in price. Shower was great, beds really comfy. Hotel is modern & clean.
