First of all, the location of the hotel was great. The cleanliness was very good, the cleaning staff was very friendly. The bathroom of the room was renovated and very comfortable. The room was spacious and comfortable. It is a very good hotel for the price.

The location could not be any better. The room was small but had everything we needed. It's a great place to stay if you don't have a car - walkable distance to everything in the centre of Madrid.

This property met our expectations as a property to stay in for a city break. We like to spend as much time seeing the city so want somewhere that’s comfortable and with a great location. Location here was perfect! Also, it was very clean. Great bathroom facilities with a hairdryer and good shower. Also, what was most welcoming was the aircon as it was so hot so it was lovely to walk into the cool room. Not much interaction with staff but it wasn’t needed as we had everything we needed. Tea making facilities in the lobby so can make a brew to take up to room. We’re easily pleased and the room although basic was suitable for our needs to see the City.
