The apartment is located in a very safe and quiet area of Madrid, in 10 minutes walking distance from Retiro park. The staying was very comfortable - the bathrooms were very tidy, bedrooms had comfortable beds and ACs. The apartment is very big and bright, all the rooms have windows, even bathrooms have windows, that's said, during the daytime there is no need to turn on the light, and that just adds up extra comfort to the place. The apartment as well has all necessary things for long staying: big fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. There are some things to note: there is no shower gel and shampoo included in the price, so if you use them, there's an extra fee to consider. Also the fridge is full of drinks and works as a minibar in the hotel. Personally I like this practice, since it helps to decrease the price of the staying - you pay only for what you use. The keys have to be collected at the office 20 minutes walking distance away from the apartment. This is normal practice in Mediterranean countries - same service is being offered in Italy as well. The host in the office was very friendly and explained all the details about staying. After the checkout she also allowed to keep the hand luggage in their office during the day on Sunday free of charge, which was very nice. We had to pay the deposit during our staying and it has been fully returned. Overall the staying for all 5 guests was 10/10 and it was the best option for that price available on the market.
