The fine print
Guests must complete the online check-in form, the link for which will be sent 48 hours before arrival, and must also send a photo of their ID for hotel inspection.
Guests who prefer to pay the €150 security deposit upon arrival must pay in cash only and will incur a €30 fee.
Any request that involves moving the property without at least 48 hours' notice will incur a €30 fee.
Lost keys will incur a €30 fee.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Great location near Chamartin metro, cercanias and high speed rail station. Also great to have 24 hour reception desk for access to key to apartment. Plus apartment was very clean and well equipped, except for lack of an electric kettle.

The studio was very well located - next to the Chamartin train station and Mercadona supermarket. It was clean, comfortable and had all the essentials including a well equipped kitchenette, fridge / freezer, washing mashing, towels, toiletries, etc. I stayed for two nights only but it seems to be a very good place for a longer stay too.

Proximity to Chamartin for train and metro. Supermarket on the next corner. Cleanliness of the Unit. Water pressure in the shower was great. Basic household products. Pool access.
