A very well located "hostel" in the middle of Gran Via which was great and super handy if you take public transportations. The personnel was very kind, spoke fluent English which was very helpful, the check-in and checkout was quick. The bedroom was very good! Despite the underwhelming view from my window in the room I had, it was spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, towels were provided, there was a closet full of hangers, which came in handy, and a little nice office desk. What caught my surprise is how fast the wifi was. When I read the reviews, most said that the wifi was very slow or didn't properly work but for my case, I had no problem, it was super fast so a huge + on that. Major bonus point for implementing a special price to eat breakfast at the Ella Sky Bar, which was delicious. Overall very satisfied!
