IMPORTANT: This single-family apartment is offered for seasonal rental, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Planning Law (LAU). Guests will sign a seasonal rental agreement upon arrival.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Access to main door and apartment door was digital via an app you needed to download prior to arrival. So no keys to worry about loosing or sharing between the group. Very easy instructions to follow via text and video. Online check-in and payment of deposit via the app was also a very simple process. Apartment was very clean and comfortable.

The location was great, close to the centre but not that close that it’s noisy. Clean and tidy inside with everything you require for a short break away. The keyless entry to the property is a really good idea. Saves the worry about losing or leaving without a key. There is plenty of guidance about the required app and I would advise to download and become familiar before travelling.
