The apartment was 5 minutes from the metro station, were in 20 min in the city centre, coffee shops and restaurants near by, on the other side was a shopping mall with shops super market, restaurants...The apartment was in a quiet neighbourhood could rest. The owners were friendly, helpful. The apartment was fully equipped with hairdryer, washing machine, fridge, coffee machine, ironing machine and board...

The apartment is very nice, located at one metro-stop from the IFEMA conference center thus very convenient if you are attending an event. The same metro can take you in the downtown area (some 45-50 minutes). The place is very quiet and aired (anyway AC is available when it gets really hot) and the balcony is enjoyable. It is fully equipped with linens, tableware, TV and domestic appliances. Free WiFi works very well. A grocery store and other shops are just across the street, a big mall is a few minutes' walk away. Guests might want to know the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator. The host was super-nice in dealing with our arrival and departure. Overall our stay in the apartment was very pleasant and I fully recommend the place.
