All aspects of the service in the hotel were excellent. In particular, the breakfast food was excellent and the service was excellent.

It is exactly how i thought it would be. I took photos to write a review and i really loved the quality of service, the breakfast had all i needed, also the spanish potato omlette, their walnuts were really good quality and delicious. I eat walnuts almost everymorning and i also buy very good quality ones, however theirs was very tasty. Their cheese was fresh and also very good quality. Everything was very good quality. The servicec the staff. I had read so many reviews about so many hotels, my regular hotel was full so it was impossible to choose, i was afraid of AC’s bot working or not having hot water, as some travellers have written in some reviews of other hotels. There is nothing worse than paying for a hotel that brings in frustration. However i loved it. My room also had a balcony that i didnt know and i wished it did and i was so happy when it was unexpectedly a small balcony where i can open the window. I opened to hear the wind and the trees. It was a good stay.

The hotel design, the breakfast and the bar. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the best neighborhood of Madrid, facing the biggest park Retiro, which allowed us to have a walk every morning.
