All staff were very welcoming and extremely polite. The room was also perfect for us, big and very comfortable. The pool was an added bonus, it was lovely and quiet throughout the day, until the early evening when it got a little busier but that sure didn’t put us off. The food was excellent and the service throughout was fantastic. After two cancelled flights, we booked this hotel last minute and everything was ready for us when we arrived, 20 mins after we had booked it.
