Staff were exceptionall and so friendly and helpful. Location was perfect safe environment as travelling alone restaurants on doorstep and only 10 mins from airport.

Considering that guests stay due tti the airport and may require to catch flights at odd times, there was no kettle or coffe/ tea satchets provided.. Only some flimsy plastic cups, not of good quality were provided. Bath towels were small. Only bath soap provised- no shampoo. Thie hotel would not rate even 2 stars by European standards but are charging 3 star rates

Clean, quiet and in walking distance of the airport ( not T4) nice local area with friendly cafes and bars
