he location is close to most of the city's tourist attractions. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is really friendly and made the experience outstanding.

Location was great Bean to cup coffee, toast , tea etc -a nice extra. Allowed us to leave bags at 10am when check in not till 3pm

The location is really good with restaurants around, near Mercado of San Miguel, Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace of Madrid, Gran Via… Maria is very nice and helpful

Great location, spacious rooms, very friendly staff, 24hr free fresh bean coffee :) and water. The room was large with a little balcony. The furniture and bathroom are a little tired but perfectly clean and functional. I will be back! :)
