The accommodation is in a great location, on Gran Via Street. The staff was friendly, the reception is open 24 hours a day, they changed our towels and cleaned our room every day.

Small room but nice and clean. Host were extremely helpful to any of our queries. Location was great with everything walking distance as it is in gran via. Room service was great. Also had a lobby sitting area and a vending machine. Thank you.
