Location near Atocha train stations, comfortable beds, serviced daily,, quiet, good bathroom, good communication and welcome. Also ramps and a lift, no stairs. Great when we had a few bags.

We only stayed for a short time before our flight home - but the room was fresh, clean and nicely appointed- it seemed relatively newly refurbished. It was not a large room but enough space for our 2 suitcases. Th location was perfect for our requirements at the time. Not far from Atocha station and close to Retiro Park and art galleries. The staff were delightful and helpful.

It was quiet and clean. Bathroom is a little small but serves its purpose. It's central to some key parts of Madrid. It's close to train station but a 25 minute walk from bus station.

Check-in was really smooth and simple. I got in without much effort, though do note that you'll have to carry your suitcase up the stairs yourself! The bed and pillows were really comfortable, location was amazing (just a short walk from Atocha station), shower was great (I love when hot water comes out quickly and this one hit the mark).
