The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, not far from the station, the historic centre and the art museums. The area was quiet at night, yet felt safe to walk around as the front door opened onto a wide well lit street.

Location very convenient from Atocha station. Very clean room. The stuff very friendly and answered my question in advance that helped me a lot to find the place from the airport.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for a short trip. Close to the art museums, park, lots of restaurants. The room was comfortable with a good shower and a mini fridge.
