For individual bookings on public holidays a deposit of €150 will be required for any number of days, which will be returned on the day of check out once the condition of the apartments has been verified.For group bookings a deposit of EUR 150 per accommodation is required and will be refunded on the day of departure after a damage inspection of the apartments.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The apartment is comfortable, clean, and in a quiet location. There are many shops within walking distance. There's a police station nearby, so it feels safe. The kitchen has most appliances one would need for a short stay. 24-hour support on call is quite helpful.

It was everything according to the description. We had the penthouse in the third floor and there were no noises as described by other earlier reviews. There was also enough cutlery/plates/cups. The neighborhood was quiet during the night and close to the metro station. Also it was close to a police station which makes the location more secure. Very easy check in procedure as well.

It’s like a boutique hotel. Excellent powerful and hot shower and comfortable bed. Very cosy vibes. There is also a 24-hr whatsapp hotline which was always very helpful and prompt to resolve any problems.
