We stayed for 2 nights whilst passing through Madrid. The location is fantastic, right on the edge of Parque El Retiro. The staff were super helpful, we have 2 young kids and had a lot of bags, so we were a little all over the place and staff helped out a lot and arranged an early check in for us.

We booked a room last minute and arrived with short notice, all the staff were extremely helpful and polite, we were gifted a free drink on the roof while we waited for the room to be prepared. Rooftop pool was great and the lifeguard working up there was very friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic, smelled great and was very modern and clean. Bed was the comfiest I experienced in all my travels throughout Spain.
