The hotel is extremely well located, right in the city center and very close to the main tourist attractions, the metro, souvenir shops, and restaurants. There’s a pharmacy nearby, a supermarket, El Corte Inglés department stores, and Gran Vía is just a 5-minute walk away! The hotel is very well maintained, the room is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, they clean every day and replace the towels. The only downside was the Wi-Fi on the second floor, which didn’t work very well, but it wasn’t a major issue. The breakfast has everything – all fresh and well organized, excellent! The staff are very polite and courteous. The street in front of the hotel is pedestrian-only, so you have to be dropped off on the side street, which is practically right next to the hotel.

This is a wonderful hotel. The public areas are so nicely decorated, the room was excellent and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were amazing and the quietest air conditioning ever! The location in the city is first class. Fully recommend.
