The fine print

When booking a flexible policy and to be paid at property, 10% deposit will be required within 48 hours after the reservation is made and the property holds the right to cancel this reservation if this payment is not made in that time. This 10% will be refunded if the cancellation is made before 7 days of the check in date.Please note that the "Interior Studio" and "Studio with Terrace" are both located on the -1 floor of the building.

The apartments are great! inside it is clean, neat, there was more than enough space for two people, there is an elevator, lockers were provided for storing luggage, the location is not in the tourist area and this is good because after noisy places it is very comfortable to return to a quiet area, 15 minutes walk away there is a place that is rated top on other sites for delicious paella, the city center and other sightseeing are within walking distance or by public transport (1,5 euro you can pay by card), there is a supermarket, bars, a park nearby, everything is as comfortable and convenient as possible. There were no disposable slippers, but this is not a problem at all given the conditions provided. Thank you for your hospitality!

The room itself is spacious enough for two people and it is fine, has a little kitchenette and fridge which is nice. It is close to Ventas metro stop which was nice because you can get to the city centre quite easy. It is an okay stay for a couple of days. The AC worked very good.
