Everything was perfect, and exactly as described. The flat was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Gianluca was a perfect host, very communicative both before and during our stay. The neighbourhood felt very safe, and was close to Delicias Metro and for the Cercanais train to Atocha. Not far to walk into the city centre or to the river.

Very well equipped flat for 2 (kitchen, washing facilities, fridge, very comfy bed, enough space). For Spain, a very quit place, one didn't hear the neighbors too much. Easy obtaining initial access and the double set of keys. Relatively close to a subway station and the major bus lines. Several good super markets nearby, and if you didn't want to travel, there were even some ok bars nearby.

Highly recommend! It's a great apartment very well equipped. It's also close to the metro station Delicias. The host, Gianluca was very helpful.

We felt excellent. Beautiful, chic, comfortable apartment and on the last evening we drank the bottle of wine left by the wonderful host, Gianluca And I found the best and most comfortable bed mattress. It is in this apartment and I also found out what it is made of. It is a dream 👌🏼
