Good location, 5 mins from Moncloa metro. Great Floor ac! Keep in mind that is a student accomodation, but as I travel during August I enjoy the calm of having the full building for me as students are out. Great staff, they take care and answer quickly to any question you could have. Plus: sink in the bedroom.

Beautiful place. It looks exactly like what is shown in the pictures. Neat and tidy rooms. Staffs are welcoming and polite. Felt like a home away from home. The washrooms were too good, clean and cosy. The owner was polite and friendly.

I only had one night in Madrid, and left early next day. This was a perfect place to stay. An email sent that day explained the entry to the building process. I was travelling with my bicycle and it was ok to leave it in the downstairs entry area. The rooms are all on level 5. Very clean, super comfortable bed. Great shared bathroom facilities. Would definitely stay again.
