It is not possible to check-in after 00:00.For reservations with same-day check-in, late check-in is not available, so the check-in deadline is 20:00.It is compulsory that the owner of the reservation is present at the time of check-in. The check-in cannot be transferred to a third person, regardless of whether the person is a guest or not.By law and company requirements, all guests must provide valid ID or passport, and this information will be forwarded to the National Police.Please note that pets are only allowed upon request and subject to approval.
