We came after 9pm and were greeted warmly by Senor Manuel. He's a helpful host and easy to reach in case of query. The accommodation located near the China town and there were so many great choices of restaurants. It's also a short walking distance to the bus station Plaza Eliptica to catch the bus to Toledo. The water pressure in the bathroom was strong and great for showers. Shower gel and shampoo were provided. There were toaster, water boiler, and electric stove. The room size was very big and the wall covered by big mirror on its three sides similar like a dance/ballet studio.

The room is very big as it seems to have been a dance studio in the past. Nevertheless, the air condition provides a comfortabel temperature. The kitchen is a bit improvised but workes fine. All in all a very good price for several nigths in Madrid. Going to the metro station or bus stop one can step by at various diners and food markets. A supermarket is very close at hand.
