When we arrived it wasn’t cleaned but they solved it so quickly that it wasn’t even a problem, the staff is super helpful and nice. The apartment is pretty nice and comfy but the location is kind of far from the centre but it has one of the most useful metro lines close. I would recommend it for sure!

The apartment was fully equipped and perfectly cleaned.We had no personal contact with any staff member but the Whatsapp chat was effective. During the national blackout on 28th April 2025 we could enter the apartment using our codes without problems even without electricity.
