The check-in process was definitely smooth sailing, they made us download an app before our arrival so we can access the door with it. The apartment was really spacious and very clean. What we loved most about it is their living room and the dining area. The kitchen equipments were complete. It is also situated in a very convenient location - near the park, restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this place for group travelers. I would stay here again when I go back to Madrid.

It is located 10min walking distance from PRADO museum. Apartment is very spacious and clean. We had very good time because there are enough shower rooms, bedrooms and toilets.

The fact that we had the ability to download the app and have access in and out as we pleased without forgetting keys behind. I also liked the fact that the apartment was specious and offered a number of bathrooms.
