The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said prior process.The change from heating to air conditioning will take place at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the property.Important: This apartment is only available for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leasing Law (LAU). Guests will sign a seasonal rental agreement upon arrival.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Superbly specious apartment with super clean space and plenty of towels for our stay. The air conditioning was great although bit confusing, you only can manage it from the living room. It has amenities like shower gel, shampoo, hand soaps, and tissues. I can understand how frustrated people are in the comment section with accessing the building and the apartment! honestly, if it wasn't for the elder gentlemen from the building who meet us by coincidence at the entrance door we would have been kind of confused as well! all you need to do is to download an app to open both the building door and the apartment door cause it is a self-check-in which i personally very much prefer. Now the building entrance door is the most confusing one! u first need to ring the bell of your corresponding apartment (you can find the number of your apartment in the app you downloaded), then in the app, choose the left button inside the "open" page which defines the building entrance door, and then unlock the door by sliding the button on top of the same page on the app and the building door will open. Now the apartment is easier to unlock, when you reach your apartment, open the same page that you opened the building door, and now choose the right button, and then slide the button on the top of the same page to unlock the apartment door... and done. Once you are in the apartment, closed the door & the apartment door will automatically be locked. It sounded complicated but believe me it is way easier when you do the steps i explained :)

The property was beautifully furnished, both modern but also sympathetic to some of the original features. It was large and spacious with high ceilings. The apartment was finished to a high quality. The location was fantastic at a stone’s throw away from Cibeles and Puerta del Sol but off a quiet back side street. I was hesitant to book due to the reviews about accessing the apartment with the app but it worked perfectly and we didn’t have any issues with it at all. I had some queries before travelling and MIT House were always quick to respond by email.
