The property was very clean, the location is absolutely amazing as it is right by Gran Via, the friendliness of the staff, they were very welcoming and eager to help. Housekeeping was great, any questions and requests we had were promptly addressed, including a request for an iron and luggage storage after check-out, and the property is very modern, with a clean and beautiful aesthetic - overall fantastic value for money and we enjoyed our stay there

The location was great, central, close to shopping area, metro and everyting. A little bit noisy at nights but not too much. Air condition, beds, shower was great, too.
