The building has a lift and there is a small staircase situated in front of the lobby. Please note the following charges for late check-in: -Between 21:00 and 23:00 - EUR 30. .After 23:00 - EUR 50. Upon arrival in Madrid, guests are kindly asked to call the property with the contact details provided in your booking confirmation. Please note the property is located in an area with traffic restrictions. Although located on a busy pedestrian and shopping street it was closed to vehicle traffic. Inside the apartment itself was surprisingly quiet. A very comfortable and clean space and the beds were cozy especially after a long day of sightseeing. It is very well situated and we could walk to all the attractions and restaurants that we had on our list of things to see. A tall person may struggle with the slope roof in the bedrooms but the living area is spacious and bright. I would definitely stay again!

the house was full of all house equipments, there were everything we can need, from hair dryer to iron table.. and it was perfectly clear.
