The appartment was conveniently located near Gran Via metro. It was away from the street noise and quiet. The aircondioner was efficient and very quiet. The kitchen and bathroom were functional.

The location was excellent, situated near many great attractions. Emi was very patient with us when we struggled to use the electronic key. She answered my call immediately and helped us until we could enter the unit. Additionally, the booking included a complimentary taxi from the airport, which we greatly appreciated!

Great Location, online key system which was easy to use. Good facilities. The hosts let us check in a little early which was ideal to drop our bags off prior to heading out for some food. A minute walk from Gran Vía metro - IDEAL.
