Staff was the most adorable, helpful and welcoming. Location is hands down the best in town - close to everything, yet in a quiet area. WiFi was good, kitchen is fully equipped, next to the kitchen is a, lovely terrace where you can desayunar, have your cafecito, morning yoga or just enjoy the Madrid vibe. Living area with a TV and some board games.

Outside was too noisy ! Crazy people shouting , singing, crashing beer bottles… I could not sleep till 5 in the morning . The verwarming is on , but not warm .
