Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said prior process.Central heating is subject to timetables set by the building management.The heating hours are from 07:00 to 10:00 and then from 18:00 to 00:00, it will be set at 21 degrees.Guests must sign the property's seasonal rental contract prior to check-in.IMPORTANT: This apartment is only available for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leasing Law (LAU). Guests will sign a seasonal rental agreement upon arrival.

The apartment was clean and was close to the main square and with easy access to the major sites of the city.

The appartement was excellent, all facilities there, nicely decorated, great big terrace (2!) Modern, lots of towels, bedding etc. everything was there that we needed! Despite the fact that its located in a busy area we had no noise from the streets.

Location is perfect, also the apartment was very nice. It was our second stay with this kind of palce and it was again almost perfect. We had issues with the warm water and the communication and reaction time from the handler was quite bad.
