The location was amazing, you could walk to Mayor Centro Gran Via and the metro so close. Was a very comfortable apartment although the lift was a bit scary. Loved the stay

Location is great. Staff is friendly and was available all the time. They accommodated small requests for iron, extra glasses etc.
