The apartment was exactly as described, spacious enough for two people, clean, and very functional. It’s located in a new building with great amenities like a gym and a pool. Everything was new and in excellent condition. I wanted to be close to the metro line 6, but still in Salamanca, so for that purpose it was perfect! Nothing to complain about.

Property is very spacious and well designed. Great thought in everything. Small things that make difference: kettle isn't cheap, so boring quickly; oven is modern and has different settings so coukd be microwave but you could make pizza, too. Shower is well designed, so no watter spills on floor or excessive steam. Etc etc etc. There is swimming pool and gym; location is GREAT.

Room is clean and equipped as expected. Coffee machine, iron, fan, TV, clean bed sheets, shampoo&gel. But room is smaller than it feels by photos. Sofa is not enough to fit 4 persons (even kids) in the room. Master bed installment doesn’t really touch the wall so one cannot lean back on the bed, which is weird design. Overall, it feels a bit old and used, not shiny new as on the photos. Kitchen tap was not fixed at all, this was super strange. Only one dishwasher detergent provided for four days of stay.

Has space and all you need to cook sleep and work there. Supermarket just below in the building block!
