The apartment's location is excellent, right in the lively pedestrian zone. Most of the city's attractions are within easy walking distance, as are the variety of restaurants, shops, boutiques, and markets. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The entire furnishings appear brand new and everything works perfectly. Last but not least, the hostess is very personable and creative, which made communication easy and efficient. During our one-week stay, the bed linen was changed once and the entire set of towels three times. My wife and I highly recommend this accommodation.

We arrived early morning to Madrid. The owner was kind enough to let us check in at 1pm. The location was excelent.

This was a small but comfy and clean flat in a great location just a few minutes from Gran Via. Despite looking over a busy pedestrian street double glazing was great and the room was very quiet. Hosts were very friendly.

Fantastic location, extremely clean, very nice and helpful host. Quiet and cool apartment, no noise at all from the very busy street. Very convenient to everywhere central on foot.
