The apartment is modern, clean and comfortable. You can't beat the location for sure. Right around the corner from Gran Via. Building is very safe and apartment has all the facilities you might need. Communication witht he host was excellent. They even kept our luggages till it was time for us to leave for the airport.

Staying at this beautifully renovated apartment was an absolute delight. The stylish and colourful decor immediately made me feel at home. The location is unbeatable, with Gran Via just a short walk away, providing easy access to shops, restaurants, and cultural sites. The host was exceptionally friendly and responsive, ensuring I had all the information needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was immaculately clean and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Madrid.

Very big apartments in the authentic building from the beginning of the 20th century, 2 bedrooms, a big living room, comfortable beds and pillows, closets, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, electric kitchen stove, big refrigerator; 2 toilets, WiFi. The host was very responsive and helpful, immediately answered all our questions. But the most great was the location - 20 m from Gran Via, in the middle of all restaurants and big shops, but in the parallel small street. Several groceries just in front of the building entry, 24h supermarket in 3 minutes walk, 2 metro stations in 5 minutes walk.
