The apartment was excellent — very clean, cozy, and comfortable. Just outside, there was a bus that could take me straight to the city center, perfect for exploring the tourist areas around Gran Vía. The metro was also just a 3-minute walk away, which made getting around super convenient. The neighborhood itself was quiet and relaxed, with plenty of stores and coffee shops nearby, creating a perfect balance of accessibility and tranquility. I had read several reviews mentioning issues with the check-in process, so I decided to download the app a few days before arrival and completed my check-in a few hours before I got there. This made everything incredibly easy and smooth, including paying the deposit through the app. Just a heads-up: there is a deposit required in euros, which is refunded about two weeks after your stay. Overall, I have nothing negative to say. The apartment was great — clean, comfortable, and a perfect fit for our needs. Highly recommended!
